OFFERING LIGHT IN A TIME OF DARKNESS
On Wednesday September 28, 2022, residents of Florida’s Gulf Coast experienced the most destructive hurricane to hit the state in recent years, claiming many lives and leaving a path of devastation throughout coastal communities.
Hope Shines Bright is an initiative designed to support the emergency response efforts following the devastation in the wake of Hurricane Ian. Lumitec’s parent company, Clarience Technologies has launched this fundraising campaign across all its family of brands and Lumitec has committed to making a matching donation for every dollar donated by their employees.
“As Floridians we understand all too well how catastrophic a storm like this can be, devastating communities and leaving a path of destruction is its wake.” Said Chris Fulmer, Lumitec company president “Our employees wanted to help their neighbors on the Gulf Coast and with the support of our parent company Clarience Technologies, we launched this initiative to offer support in the challenging days ahead.”

Lumitec is also inviting their Florida community to support the Hope Shines Bright initiative by partnering with humanitarian organization Direct Relief to create an online giving center at www.directrelief.org/clarience where you can donate. Every dollar raised through Hope Shines Bright will support emergency response to Hurricane Ian, helping the families most affected by the storm.
