Lumitec Product Registration
To register a Lumitec product please fill out and submit the registration form below. You will need to know the name of your product, serial number, and date of purchase. The serial number can be found on the product packaging barcode label or on the backside of the light. Products cannot be registered without a serial number.
Lumitec Warranty
Limited Warranty:
Lumitec, LLC (“Lumitec”) warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the Lumitec product will be free from defects in manufacturing, workmanship, and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable for any reason, including in the event the applicable product is sold, traded, transferred or otherwise disposed of in any manner by the original purchaser to another party.
Lumitec is not responsible for product failure caused by abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure in applications other than those for which it was designed, intended, and marketed. Lumitec assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss, or injury that may result from the incorrect installation of this product, including but not limited to structural damage due to water intrusion, electrical malfunction or vessel sinking when used in maritime applications. Lumitec is not responsible for damage to products caused by fire, explosion, implosion, flood, hurricane, earthquake, lightning strike, acid rain, chemical fallout, catastrophic event, or other act of God or nature.
